Hello, I'm Susana Castro!
I'm here to help you on your journey of healing and empowerment through holistic coaching for childhood wounding and trauma.
For many years, I sought the answer to my own healing in various therapies and spiritual practices, but I always ended up returning to my everyday life feeling miserable and unfulfilled.
I questioned why I couldn’t enjoy life and feel self-love.
But one day, I realized I couldn’t continue living as a victim and decided to take control of my life.
I learned to recognize the wounds from my childhood and love myself, even the parts of me I had been repressing.
I fell in love with who I am and want to help others do the same.
